locator_mapThe City of Saint John is located in southern New Brunswick on Canada's East Coast. It is built around around a natural harbour formed at the mouth of the St. John River and the Bay of Fundy - home to the highest tides in the world.

Saint John is the largest city in New Brunswick with a population of about 70,000. The Saint John region, with a population of 120,000, includes the town of Grand Bay-Westfield along the St. John River, the towns of Rothesay and Quispamsis in the Kennebecasis River Valley and the village of St. Martins on the Fundy coast.


The average temperature in Saint John is 22°C (72°F) in summer and -3.9°C (25°F) in winter.
